Scalp Revive (“we”) operates the online store at scalprevive.store. We take the protection of your personal information seriously, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for our customers in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect

  • When you order: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number.
  • Payment: card details are processed directly by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We never have access to them.
  • Browsing: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, through cookies.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us.

Why we use it

  • To process, ship and track your order.
  • To contact you about your order or request.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
  • To improve the site and, if you have agreed, to send you our offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers needed to fulfil your order:

  • Shopify, our e-commerce platform, and its payment services.
  • Our suppliers and logistics partners, including outside Canada, who receive your name and shipping address to send your package.
  • Carriers responsible for delivery.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers are located outside Quebec and Canada, so your information may be stored there and be subject to local laws. We make sure it receives adequate protection.

Cookies

We use cookies required for the site to work (cart, checkout) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can manage your choices through the consent banner or your browser settings.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then for as long as required by our legal and tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent or file a complaint. Email us at bonjour@scalprevive.store: we reply within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Minors

Our store is not intended for people under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
