1. About us

The online store scalprevive.store is operated under the name Scalp Revive. Email: bonjour@scalprevive.store.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order on our site, you accept these terms as well as our refund, shipping and privacy policies.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration; slight differences in colour or appearance may occur. The Scalp Revive Comb is a wellness and comfort device: it is not a medical device and is not a substitute for advice from a health professional.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm payment. Payment is due when you order and is processed securely by Shopify and its partners. We may change our prices at any time, but you’ll be charged the price shown when you placed your order.

5. Orders

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, stock shortage or suspected fraud; you will then receive a full refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping methods and timelines are described in our shipping policy.

7. Returns and warranty

You benefit from our 30-day money-back guarantee, described in our refund policy, in addition to the warranties provided by law, including the warranty of quality and fitness for use under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.

8. Using the product

Read the instructions before use. Don’t use the device on irritated or broken skin, don’t immerse it in water, and keep it out of reach of children. If in doubt (pregnancy, skin or health condition), ask a health professional for advice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

10. Intellectual property

The text, images and graphics on this site are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
