Free shipping
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within Canada.
Timelines
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 7 to 12 business days after shipping.
These timelines are estimates. They may be longer during busy periods (holidays, sales) or in case of carrier or customs delays.
Where orders ship from
Our products ship directly from our logistics partner’s warehouse, located outside Canada. This is what allows us to offer free shipping.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package online. Tracking information may take a few days to update.
Duties and taxes
Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If, in rare cases, you’re asked to pay additional charges at delivery, please contact us before paying at bonjour@scalprevive.store.
Shipping address
Please double-check your address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us quickly: we can fix it as long as the order hasn’t shipped.
Lost or late packages
If your package hasn’t arrived 20 business days after shipping, contact us. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we’ll send you a new product or give you a full refund.
